On January 23-25, 2026 Georgia Mountain Falconry will offer its 17th consecutive Apprentice Academy in Helen, GA at the Fairfield Inn. So far, over 280 people from ages 12 to 65 have successfully completed the Academy, and received a real head start into this life of flying raptors on game.
